Cardi B‘s infectious personality simply shouts, “I’m not like other moms — I’m a cool mom.” On July 17, she shared a sweet montage of photos that reflect just that. Over the weekend, her daughter Kulture turned four years old with gorgeous curls to note. Cardi threw a mermaid-themed birthday party to celebrate her daughter and somehow still found a way to bring her own unique beauty sense with a raving neon-pink hairstyle. 

The updo featured a deep, side-swept part with baby pink hairs swooped along the hairline. Along the sides of her face and behind her neck sat some additional soft and curly baby hairs. Tousled strands came together as one atop her head. Her stylist pinned each lock of hair in place, creating a wispy yet neat bun. Cardi’s pink new look was both chic and playful – a graceful updo perfect for the occasion. 

The duo’s coordinating mermaid outfits matched the theme to its core. Both Cardi and Kulture’s dresses came together with Lilac-purple sea shells, nautical mesh, and sequined mermaid skirts.
