  1. I'm growing out some layers, and they have damage. I don't know how to deal with getting the ends trimmed off when I'm trying to grow it out. Seems to me they'd have to cut off a lot of length off the layers to accomplish it. I'm trying to be patient and wait for it to get through this awful phase when it's finally long enough that I don't mind cutting some off.

Whatever happened to shampoo formulas that were specifically designed for split ends?

  2. As a child i had shiny healthy curly hair. No frizz.
Then my hair started getting dry and frizzy.
I think i know why now
Dentists used mercury for my fillings when I started going to Dentist in my school years.

  3. After puberty my hair got way curlier. For the past couple of months I’ve been getting out of the shower and just leaving it to air dry with its curliness and since then and growing it out It’s been getting frizzy and somewhat stinging on my scalp.

  4. I don’t know if I’m the only one with this hair. I have a thick hair. My hair from the front to the side of my ear is growing well, very straight and healthy. They even thought I had it straightened it but I didn't. The part on the back of my head, the hair is so bad, very dry and frizzy. I don't know but my hair has been like that for a long time. My hair is still virgin hair, ever since I was a kid, I never bleached, dyed or straightened it until now. I also don’t use any harsh chemicals. I just use shampoo and conditioner. I was worried because I cut my hair short and the difference was very obvious. It looks like two people's hair. I cried and worried about what was on my scalp and why only the back part of my head was growing dry and frizzy hair. (Btw. sorry if my grammar is not that good).

  5. I've actually noticed that when I airdry my hair, my hair seems more damaged. It gets frizzy and puffy and almost in a thick rectangular shape. This happens because parts of my hair, (usually the top of my hair and the back of my hair) dries really fast. Those are the damaged parts of my hair that dries really really fast. Like, the rest of my hair can be extremely dripping wet and under the top layer of my hair will already be dry.

  6. Recap n notes
    1. No dye
    2. Deep conditioning, hair mask – coconut oil
    3. Rinse cold water
    4. Rinse vinegar water
    5. Rinse rice water
    6. Trim split ends
    7. Choose the right shampoo n condi
    8. Wear hat
    9. Avoid heat
    10. Hairdryer tips
    11. Heat protectant
    12. dont overbrush
    13. apply condi from bottom to top
    14. coconut oil (avoid scalp)
    15. olive oil
    16. argan oil (tidy up
    17. Consume biotin, vit d, vit e, iron, vit c, omega 3 fatty acids
Sweet potato (vit a), carrots (beta carotene), eggs, avocad, spinach, salmon, etc, zinc, protein
Dont consume alcohol, high mercury fish

    ❤️

  7. I get so frustrated. My mother and best friend both have a lot of health problems but insanely long beautiful hair. My hair won't grow and is dry as hell. I haven't used a dye for 10 years but it didn't got better. And my blood test are always ok so…. 😠

  8. Can you honestly repair hair thats already damaged
Coz i read that since hair are dead they cant really repair themselves (which tbh makes sense)
You can just grow it out and replace it with fresh hair and take care of them
But once its damaged its gone
    Is it true?

  9. Something must be wrong with me. I eat most if not all the food you mentioned, take daily vitamin and Biotin & Collagen supplement pills but still no change in my lack of hair growth or health. Is it me or are all these tips just BS?!!!

  10. I’ve tried both vinegar and rice water. I have wavy semi frizzy hair and I can tell you that both made my hair fall out. Vinegar used once a week can add a bit of shine but I’m not sure if it’s good for your hair’s pH. Rice water just made my hair even coarser and frizzier. The only thing that has helped my hair is conditioning my tips with hyaluronic acid or coconut oil every other day.

  11. I can add to rinse with filtered water. Tap water is full of minerals that makes the hair brittle and coated with gross stuff, also causes oxodation and brassiness. Try to not just rinse with it, but wash. Don't rinse with vinegar, it's bad for the environment.

  12. My split ends are like 3 inches from my scalp 🥲🥲 i know coz i have to much breakage from that length. so trimming it is no use. any tips on how to lessen it? pleeease 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  13. 1. Conditioner with coconut oil
    2. Trim the ends
    3.Use heat protectant
    4. Brush bottom to top
    5. Coconut oil ..from neck to end
    6. Olive oil from neck to end
    * To eat **
    7. Biotin supplements
    8. Vitamin c, e, omega 3
    9. Sweet potatoes , carrot , egg, avacados
    10.omega 3 supplements
    11. Stop drinking or ease Alcohol
I could not get other tips in one go.

  14. Weekly mask is not enough. I got the keratin treatment hair mask (not the heat applying type) and use it every night and only then my hair is less damaged and looks softer.

  15. " The heartfelt counsel of a friend is as sweet as perfume and incense "

    – Proverbs 27:9

Jesus is coming soon, be ready. The time is nearing! So be ready 🥰

  16. something people should know here that i wish i did is DONT TRY TO TRAIN YOUR HAIR TO GET GREASY LESS!!! i did it and now my hair is damaged and was thinning because of the grease

  17. I straighten my hair almost like every 2 or 3 days because after I had dyed my hair it became all frizzy and puffy so I just can’t stop rn 😭

  18. Bleaching my hair once , and straightening my hair everyday for a whole year without using heat protectant really messed up my hair but I was only 14 at that time so I was really dumb and ain’t think about the consequences Lol . I’m 17 now and my hair is so thin I used to have reallyyy really thick hair ! What can I use Yall ? Somebody help me out
