The wait is officially over! Beyonce’s seventh studio album, “Renaissance,” is out today and we at Hype Hair could not be more excited. It is reported that after the album was released in Europe, someone leaked it to the U.S. less than 48 hours before its scheduled release date but the beyhive was not having it. One fan exclaimed that she would not release it after all of the work Bey put into her project. Beyonce even thanked her friends on IG for their patience, protection, and unwavering support. Much respect.
This new album is set to bring in a renaissance for dance and house music. If her latest single, “You Won’t Break My Soul,” featuring Robin S. and Big Freedia was any indication of how the rest of the album would sound, we are extremely enthused. On her Instagram page, Beyonce wrote “My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment… a place to scream, release, feel freedom.” And the fans who have already heard it today are not disappointed! One even said, “I can’t even choose a favorite song right now. This is wild!” Today is Friday so you know we at HH can’t wait to go out with the girls tonight and dance to “Renaissance” all night long!
