The Glammy Awards is a celebration of the beauty and barber industry Professionals. This event recognizes the hard work that goes into helping clients look and feel their absolute best. Our work impacts clients from the big screen to red carpets, from fashion shows to the polished everyday look. The Glammy Awards, honors the history and heritage of the hair and beauty industry, invests in its future, and is dedicated to ensuring the professional beauty arts remain part of our shared cultural heritage.
The creator, Tiffane Nicol (@tiffanenicol) developed the Glammy Awards with an understanding that; Too often, stylists, barbers, and business owners in the beauty industry are not honored and recognized for the skills and talents they contribute to the world.
Keeping the culture alive, The Scholarship award ceremony at the Glammys, honors the late Madam CJ Walker. She is the first African American woman to become a millionaire as a beauty entrepreneur. This scholarship award also celebrates professional students who will become the industry’s future stylists and barbers.
