Congratulations to the production crew and cast of Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer story on being the most-watched series of all time. This series has 700 million hours viewed. The 10-episode mini-series is based on the true story of 17 victims who were abused and murdered by Jeffrey Dahmers. Glenda Cleveland who’s played by Niecy Nash warned the police numerous times that she suspected wrongful activity from Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment. But, she was ignored until his last Victim “Tracy Edwards” escaped and warned the police that he was being attacked. Jeffrey Dahmer’s was then arrested in the year of 1982.
